研究方向

  1.癌症與幹細胞的訊息調控網路

    微型RNA (MicroRNAs)已被證明是轉錄後基因表現的主要調節者,
  微型RNA表現不正常也影響許多疾病的產生,微型RNA是為更有效率的分類依據。
  因此,微型RNA很有機會成為未來新穎疾病的指標,及用於疾病治療。
  我們利用高通量實驗方法去了解 微型RNA 與訊息傳遞網的相互調控關係,
  也藉此發展疾病治療新方法及偵測疾病新穎生物標記。

  2.中草藥用於與疾病藥物治療

    A. 開發中草藥品質控管的生物平台

    B. 分析中西藥併用的聯合分子機制

    C. 癌症化療併用減少副作用的機制

  3. EB病毒參與的疾病研究
